Observe electrical safety precautions. 8.5.1 Symptoms – If nothing is on the mat and the correct reset procedure is followed, the machine cannot be started. 1. If the MACHINE ENABLED LED on the mat control unit lights up, there may be a problem with the control system outside the machine or mat system. Check the external fuse in the safety output circuit of the control unit and replace it if necessary. Make sure to use the correct fuse value (max. 2A). Record the replacement in the inspection log. If the fuse blows immediately or needs to be replaced in advance, there may be a problem with the machine control circuit between the safety output of the pad control unit and the final control element (contactor) of the machine. 2. If the MACHINE ENABLED LED on the mat control unit is off, take the following measures: Check whether the POWER LED is on. If not, check the power supply of the mat control unit. Check that the power supply is connected to the appropriate terminal. Check the main and auxiliary fuses in the control module and replace them if necessary. Ensure that the primary fuse and secondary fuse use the correct fuse value (500mA anti surge). Record the replacement in the inspection log. If the fuse blows immediately or needs to be replaced in advance, please contact the supplier. 3. If the MACHINE ENABLED LED on the pad control unit is off, the POWER LED is on.
On a dual channel system with contactor monitoring, if the external safety output fuse is not blown, there may still be faults outside the control unit. A single fault in any wiring channel will cause the mat control unit to lock the safety output until the fault is corrected and the control unit is reset. Check whether all connecting wires in the system are correctly configured and undamaged, and whether the two contactors work normally. Eliminate all faults. If it is in the manual reset mode, press and release the control unit reset button. 4. If the problem is not solved, please contact the supplier. 38 8.5.2 Symptoms - The machine cannot be stopped or can be started on the mat. Machine 1 is not allowed. If there is a machine on the mat, does the machine enable LED on the mat control unit illuminate? 2. If the MACHINE ENABLED LED is not lit, the machine or its control system may have a fault outside the cushion system. – Do not use the machine until the problem has been corrected and tested. 3. If the machine enable LED lights up- Do not use the machine and contact the supplier immediately. 8.5.3 Symptoms - The machine stops unexpectedly when the sensor pad is not present, but can be restarted after the pad is depressed (and reset in manual reset mode). 1. Check whether all indicators work normally. If so, the problem is likely to be caused by a drop in power supply for a certain value and duration.
