3.系统配置
据在现场需求,预压变频驱动器由变压器柜,供电设备柜和控制柜组成。控制柜面板上设有本地/远程按钮、紧急停止按钮和电源频率/变频指示灯。
变频驱动器采用英威腾GD5000逆变器。通过远程控制台可以监控系统状态和压榨机速度,操作人员在控制室就可以很便利地根据生产需求来调整压榨机运行速度,而且为提高生产效率提供了极大的优势。

升级之后,优点如下,
1. 软启动,启动时间和启动方法可以根据现场情况进行调整。
2. 更高的功率因数。0.95以上,无需使用功率因数补偿装置,并且更加精炼。
3. 对电机无谐波污染,有效地降低了电机的热量。
4. 非常低的转矩脉冲,不会造成电机和其它机械设备之间的共振,并降低传输的机械磨损。
5. 完美的输出波形,失真度小于4%。
