When the low overload is operated at the rated output current after continuous operation, the overload can be 110% of the rated output current (IL) for 1 minute, as long as the following load cycle is less than the rated current, so that the output current on the duty cycle does not exceed the rated output current.
Example: If the duty cycle requires 110% of the rated output current every 10 minutes, the remaining 9 minutes must be about 98% or less of the rated current to keep the output current less than 100%. If 1 minute out of 60 minutes is required, the remaining 59 minutes must be approximately 99% rated current or less. [Motor NP voltage] The basic voltage on the motor nameplate defines the output voltage when operating at rated current, rated speed and rated temperature. [Motor NP FLA] The motor nameplate defines the output current when operating at rated voltage, rated speed and rated temperature. It is used for motor thermal overload and sliding calculation.
