Publication 1370-IN011B-EN-P Installation Instructions 1370 DC Loop Contactor and Lug Kit 1370 DC Contactors are electromagnetic holding contactors designed to switch armature current from DC drive modules to parallel DC motors. When used in conjunction with an appropriate control logic design, these contactors can disconnect the motor armature from the DC drive module in the event of a start stop or power failure. This publication contains the information required to install, connect, and maintain the 1370 DC circuit contactor. Unpacking and inspection Remove all packing materials, wedges or brackets from the contactor. If any part of the equipment cannot be installed when unpacking, it must be stored in a clean and dry place.
