Scope of supply BRC410 controller hardware ABB will provide the following hardware to upgrade the existing N-90/Inf-90/Harmony controller to ABB's BRC410. − The quantity specified in the BRC410 controller purchase order. Redundant cables will be provided for the specified number of redundant controller pairs.
ABB on-site services are not included in this plan, but can be proposed later. Please contact your service account manager for further assistance. Clarification − You must have a current Automation Sentinel subscription to qualify − The replaced controller hardware should be returned to ABB within 120 days of receiving the order. A description of the returned device will be provided. − Composer 5.0 Service Pack 3 or higher is a requirement before installing the BRC410 controller, and can be provided separately upon request. − If an import block above 9999 is used in BRC410, the firmware requirement in the network processing module INNPM01/11/12 is F_ 6 or later. − Due to the high performance and capacity of BRC410, the existing PCU communication load should be checked before adding BRC410. When installing BRC410 configured for large points (for example, more than 1000 Modbus points), it may be necessary to upgrade the PCU communication hardware to the latest NIS21/NPM22 module to avoid overloading the PCU.
