通信规范
通常在进行通信时选择通信规范。可从RS232C、RS422A和RS485中选择通信类型。仅可为RS232C和RS488添加第二端口通信。通信可通过连接到PC来设置参数（数据写入）和数据读取（数据读取），并可使用PC进行远程操作和数据管理。KP系列的另一个功能是通信传输（数字传输）功能。这是一个与数字指示控制器DB系列（其为姊妹型号）相结合的功能，SV传输通过通信从KP系列发送，通过将其作为DB系列的远程SV接收，通过通信，可以实现完全没有任何错误的远程操作。
DB系列远程信号
输入导致的远程操作称为模拟远程，通信远程导致的远程运行称为数字远程。在数字输出规格的情况下，该设置器的输出信号取决于数字输出，可以使用DB系列进行远程操作。数字传输可以通过使用通信发送输出信号来完成，并且可以作为常规通信（COM）使用。而数字输出仅以数字方式发送输出信号。下图是通过KP系列的通信传输和DB系列的通信远程功能进行远程操作的模型示例，同时选择具有2端口通信的规格并与PC进行高阶通信。
Communication specifications
Communication specifications are usually selected when communicating. The communication type can be selected from RS232C, RS422A and RS485. The second port communication can only be added for RS232C and RS488. The parameters (data writing) and data reading (data reading) can be set by connecting to the PC for communication, and the PC can be used for remote operation and data management. Another function of KP series is communication transmission (digital transmission) function. This is a function combined with the digital indication controller DB series (its sister model). SV transmission is sent from the KP series through communication, and received as the remote SV of the DB series. Through communication, remote operation without any error can be realized.
DB series remote signal
Remote operation caused by input is called analog remote operation, and remote operation caused by communication remote operation is called digital remote operation. In the case of digital output specifications, the output signal of the setter depends on the digital output, and the DB series can be used for remote operation. Digital transmission can be accomplished by using communication to send output signals, and can be used as conventional communication (COM). The digital output sends the output signal in digital mode only. The following figure is an example of the model of remote operation through the communication transmission of KP series and the communication remote function of DB series. At the same time, the specification with 2-port communication is selected and high-level communication with the PC.
