The modular design concept provides flexibility, cost saving operation and reliability, while providing a long service life and extremely low maintenance costs. The integration with ABB's asset management system and the use of self-monitoring and diagnostic functions have improved plant availability and reduced downtime. VeriMaster – Authentication Tool An easy-to-use tool available through the infrared service port. With the advanced self calibration and diagnosis functions of WaterMaster, combined with fingerprint technology, the accuracy of the WaterMaster flowmeter can be determined within ± 1% of its original factory calibration. VeriMaster also supports printing calibration verification records to meet regulatory requirements. The diagnostic function uses its diagnostic function, and the flowmeter monitors its own operability and process. The limit values of the diagnostic parameters can be set locally.
