高度机密物质

Highly Confidential Materials
IMDS suggested that IMDS 001 in March 2007, the IMDS Steering Committee issued a small amount of undeclarable and/or prohibited substances of confidential substances, that is, substances not included in the GADSL list, can be declared as highly confidential substances (unless otherwise specified, the total amount shall not exceed 10%). These data are entered into IMDS using wildcards ("clowns") (see Section 3.5.4). In this case, the data owner is obliged to archive the data (at least 30 years). Under special circumstances, the data shall be accessible to the requester as required by the customer (medical care, environmental protection). If the legal requirements, GADSL or other list of restricted substances change, so that any part of the substance replaced by the wildcard becomes reportable and/or prohibited, the supplier must update the corresponding MDS accordingly (see Change Management Recommendation 022), Substance classes 3 and 4 shall not cover more than 10% of the substances in the material (unless they are in a material classification permitted in other recommendations or published by the IMDS Committee, IMDS Committee/ILI Meatals or Stahl und Eisenliste). 3.5.3 Synonyms: ingredients, chemicals, ingredients, hazardous substances, chemical reagents 3.5.4 The "wildcard" wildcard of highly confidential substances shall not - replace declarable and/or reportable substances - be marked as confidential wildcards. Only 9 of IMDS are available. 3.5.4.1 The wildcard>flame retardant does not state that<this wildcard cannot be used for plastics. In this case, please refer to IMDS Recommendation 010.
Additives in polymers not described by other wildcards are not declared. The latest plasticizers can be found in Recommendation 010.3.5.4.10 to limit unspecified basic substances. This example of filled thermoplastic is accepted because the sum of the maximum values of the wildcard range is within the 10% limit.
