创建材料数据表

Create Material Data Table
Objective This general recommendation describes the requirements of the principles for creating Material Data Sheets (MDS) in IMDS. For certain types of materials (such as oil, fat, plastic and other material groups), other requirements listed in the specific requirements are valid. Subcomponent
3.2.2.2 The lower level components of the sub assembly are usually called sub assemblies. When used, there must be at least one material, one half component or one other sub component related to it. The subcomponent name must be descriptive. The total weight of the material under the subassembly must be equal to the total weight of the subassembly. The subcomponent is described by the same symbol as the component. 3.2.3 The specified quality range of components within the weight range shall not exceed the tolerances listed in the production part drawings or quality management guidelines (such as QS9000/PSW (Part Submission Guarantee), Volume 2 of VDA). The calculated weight of the component must be within the tolerance of the measured weight. 3.2.4 Synonyms System, Sub System, Assembly, Sub Assembly, Component, Sub Component, Part, Single Part 3.3 Semi Component 3.3.1 Symbol 3.3.2 shows that a semi component is different from a sub component in a part. It is a semi-finished product, such as steel coil, pipe and leather leather, which will be made into finished products through further processing steps (cutting and stamping). The weight cannot be defined until further processing, so it must be placed in the IMDS without additional weight. A half assembly must have at least one material or one half assembly associated with it.
