电源的操作

Operation of power supply
This power supply is designed to use a 125 VDC power supply with a voltage range of 100 to 150 VDC. The over-voltage protection power supply includes an electronic over-voltage protection circuit. If the 5 V bus exceeds 6.2 ± 5 V, the circuit will turn off the output. After the overvoltage condition is eliminated, the power supply will reset. The external over-voltage on the output triggering the over-voltage protection will not cause the power supply fuse to open. However, if an internal fault in the power supply causes an overvoltage, the fuse may open. Replace the fuse with a 3AG 2 amp 250 V fuse. The over-current protection power supply provides electronic over-current protection for all outputs. If the output exceeds the maximum rated current, the voltage will collapse to a low value. It will remain in this state until the load is removed or reduced. Current overload (including short circuit) will not cause the fuse to open. The power module can be installed in two ways. It must be installed vertically as shown in this data sheet to ensure convection cooling. 1. When shipped from the factory, the right side panel is connected and can be used as a separate unit by mounting it on the panel. 2. When used in panel installation applications, you can also connect the right side panel to the left side of the rack by removing it from the power supply and using available hardware to connect the power supply to the rack. Power adapter module
Grasp the upper left corner of the door with your right thumb or fingernail, gently pull the door towards you, and then you can easily open the PSA door. Be careful when opening the door, as pulling from the bottom will cause the hinge or door to break. For more information on the PSA module, refer to GFK-0626, which is the PSA data sheet. The power input terminal board at the bottom of the input voltage and ground module provides two terminals (marked+and -) for 125 VDC power. Power input connections shall be AWG # 16 (1.3 mm2) copper wire rated at 75 C (167 F). Two green/yellow grounding wires are provided and connected to the power module at the factory. One of the wires connects from the ground stud on the front panel of the power module to the ground stud on the module mounting flange. One end of the other ground wire is also connected to the ground stud on the module mounting flange. The user must connect the free end of the ground wire to the ground stud on the IC697 rack mounting flange. The grounding wire of the DC input power supply shall be connected to the grounding lug on the front of the power module with AWG # 12 (3.3 mm2) copper wire with a rated temperature of 75 C (167 F) and ring terminals to ensure adequate grounding. It is recommended to use nuts and star washers for each wire on the GND lug.
