The 32 green/yellow LEDs on the module indicate the on/OFF status of points 1 to 32. These LEDs are green when the corresponding output is turned on and yellow if the output fails. When the corresponding outputs are turned off, they are turned off. Two green/yellow LEDs indicate whether each isolated output group has field power. If the field power is within the limit, it is green. Yellow if there are spot faults in the group. When the on-site power supply does not exist or exceeds the operating limit, they will be turned off. When the module's removable terminal block is locked in place, the module's red/green terminal block LED is green. When the terminal block is unlocked, it is red. If there is an unrecoverable module fault, the junction box LED will flash. The module also sends an add or lose terminal block message to the RX3i CPU to report the terminal block status. Module software configuration
The default selection of outputs with DIP switches must match the selection made for this function in the module software configuration. If the two do not match, a fault occurs. The following table summarizes the operation of the output default mode with and without backplane power and field (external) power.
