系统按照相应的测试流程和选定测试参数进行温度控制和测试工作，如图3所示。系统最大可以提供-45℃～200℃的温度环境，全温度范围升温时间小于23分钟，降温时间小于25分钟。系统测试过程提供三种模式：指定温度范围内阶梯式升\降温连续测量；多个指定温度点定时保温循环测量；在升\降温过程的指定温度点的恒温老化、室温测量。环境控制精度可以达到±0.1℃。系统通过巡检方式对各个老化板上对应元器件进行性能测试。

3软件实现 测试系统软件基于Lab VIEW进行设计开发，主要采用状态机并行处理结构，将事件响应与数据流执行方式有机结合，使整个系统具有较高的稳定性、实时性和可靠性。 软件在功能实现上采用模块化的方式，特定的模块实现特定的功能，主要组成模块有测量驱动模块，控制模块，外部操作驱动模块，硬件维护模块，系统安全保护模块，用户登录与权限管理模块，参数配置模块，数据分析与显示模块，数据存储与输出模块等测量驱动模块主要控制仪器实现测量功能；温度控制模块采用闭环控制算法实现对温控箱的温度控制；外部操作驱动模块通过对数字 I/O 端口的监控，完成各种动作状态的监视，并通过报警驱动功能，用报警灯对测试进程及测试结果进行直观的指示；为了生产安全和质量保障的需要，在软件中设计了专门的用户登录与权限管理模块，可以分配管理员与一般操作者两种权限，一般操作者只具有操作权限；软件通过参数配置模块实现传感器检测参数的设定、存储、加载和保存等功能；检测过程中，数据分析与显示模块会对检测参数、测试过程、测量数据与波形、最终结果等进行动态、直观的显示，同时利用数据存储与输出模块将测试结果实时存储在Excel文件中，并可通过数据回放功能对数据进行查看；
The use and configuration of DTU is troublesome. Generally, it only supports 485 communication. The protocols are basically modbus, and do not support the proprietary protocols of PLC of various brands. In addition, DTU basically belongs to transparent transmission. There is no handshake protocol when sending data in the process of network transmission, and it is easy to lose data due to network interference. The majority of DTU is GPRS communication. With the large-scale commercial use of 4g\5g, GPRS network has the risk of network withdrawal.
