电气控制方案1. 1 起重机电气系统是由配电照明保护回路，主起升回路，副起升回路，大车运行回路，小车运行回路及电动葫芦所组成的。本起重机以PLC为核心系统，用于接受和处理各机构发出的信号并实现响应功能。采用变频调速，从而保证了整台车的运行平稳性及定位准确性。起重机各机构的运转，由司机室联动台操纵杆进行操作。

主副起升机构均采用操纵杆控制器（电气无级调速，为增加操作感人为设置有级4-0-4档操作）+PLC+变频器+电机的控制方式，无级调速；调速精度0.05%。档位明显，操作者速度感强，易于操作。
（1）变频器采用高性能矢量控制型或直接转矩控制型，并带有速度检测元件，直接返回变频器，在变频器外部形成直接速度反馈闭环控制系统。
（2）启动时，先采取电制动方式使电动机保持一上升力矩，以防重载时溜钩，之后松开机械制动器，机构开始按给定速度要求稳定运行。
（3）停车时，先采用电制动的方式使机构快速电气制动，基本0速时，机械制动器上闸，既提高了制动器的可靠性，又减少了制动器刹车片的磨损。
（4）主、副起升机构均设有上升限位及下降限位,主、副钩均设有超载限制器、旋转编码器，可实现闭环速度控制，以稳定速度和实现超速保护。
（5）变频调速，起制动平稳，可做到零速制动停车，加减速平滑过渡，可实现无级调速，对机械传动装置冲击小，延长了机械传动装置的寿命，可满足各种吊装工艺要求。1.3小车运行机构
小车运行机构采用主令控制器（电气无级调速，为增加操作感人为设置有级4-0-4档操作）+PLC+变频器+电机的控制方式。控制方式为u/f标量控制，控制系统为开环控制，调速范围可达到5～50Hz（1:10 恒转矩调速），调速精度为3%，，由联动台上主令控制器作为变频器的给定，通过变频调速器
