动叶及变频器禁止同时投入自动。MVe2变频器输入采用单相PWM整流、谐波极小，这样使得输入变压器二次侧绕组不需要移相，结构变得简单；同时采用三电平IGBT串联输出，提高了单元耐压等级、减少了单元数量使得输入变压器二次侧绕组数量大大减少、工艺更简单可靠。MVe2变频单元的硬件构成整流：IGBT、逆变：IGBT为三菱原装产品，中间直流回路电容：可自愈式金属薄膜电容，使用寿命长。
12P3162X162模块,SLS1508使用进展变频装置保护配置：一次风机原10kV电源开关保护配置不变，作为旁路运行方式的保护。在变频器上口开关柜配置CSC241C、保护装置中设置第二套定值作为变频方式运行的变压器主保护。变频装置本体保护和电机的各种保护由变频装置自身保护功能实现。
2.6 紧急停机：变频装置自身带有紧急停机按钮。另外在电动机事故按钮增加一对常开接点，接至变频装置用来在电动机故障时就地同时切除变频装置运行。
4 控制及逻辑说明
（1）变频运行方式
正常运行期间两台一次风机变频自动运行，动叶手动放置在60～80%开度，通过变频器自动调节风机转速，调整一次风压；
（2）工频运行方式
两台风机均工频运行期间，保持原逻辑不变，通过调整风机动叶自动调节一次风压；
（3）一台变频一台工频运行
1）变频器投入自动调节一次风压，工频运行风机手动调节动叶开度，调整两台风机出力平衡；
2）工频运行风机动叶投入自动调节一次风压，变频运行风机手动调节转速，调整两台风机出力平衡；
