当有一个蘑菇头按钮松开或两个蘑菇头按钮都松开的时候,阀的输出为低电平,表现为滑块静止。单次模式在此模式下,压力机只能完成一次下压过程,而不能连续下压两次。阀的输出不仅和双手控制台的按钮状态有关,同时也受限位开关OTS、UN的控制:
当双手控制台的两个蘑菇头按钮同时被按下并保持按下状态时,阀的输出为高电平,表现为滑块运动;

当双手控制台的两个按钮都被松开、输入复位后再次同时被按下时,则滑块重复上述过程。
③连续模式
在此模式下,阀的输出不仅和双手控制台的按钮状态有关,同时也受限位开关OTS、UN的控制:
当双手控制台的两个蘑菇头按钮同时被按下并保持按下状态时,伐的输出为高电平,表现为滑块运动,压力机连续不断地进行下压工作;
当有一个蘑菇头按钮松开或两个蘑菇头按钮都松开时,伐的输出仍为高电平,压力机完成此次下压过程。当OTS限位开关到达凸轮1上的A1点(或UN限位开关到达凸轮2上的A2点)时,伐的输出由高点平转为低电平,表现为滑块逐渐停止运动,最后停止于上死点处。
输入复位后、双手控制台的两个按钮再次被同时按下时,滑块重复上述过程。
④连续自动模式
在此模式下,阀的输出受以下三个因素影响:
- 双手控制台的按钮;
- 限位开关OTS、UN状态;
- 其它安全保护装置的状态。
其运行规律为:
