正航系列PLC的CPU单元均自带一个DC24V电源，该电源输出电流可达400mA。如果该DC24V电源连接设备超出了额定范围或接了感性设备，有可能影响PLC的正常工作。
3）来自不规范接地的干扰
PLC控制系统的地线包括系统地、屏蔽地、交流地和保护地等。而不规范的接地就有可能对各个接地点造成不同的地电位差，引起地环路电流以及信号共模干扰，影响系统正常工作。

在PLC的实际应用中，经常与各类型号的变频器配合使用，由PLC的输出控制变频器的运行。变频器起动机运行过程中产生谐波对电网产生传导干扰，引起电网电压畸变，影响电网的供电质量；变频器的输出会产生较强的电磁辐射干扰，影响系统正常工作。
三、解决方案
通过下面几种措施，可以有效的抑制各类干扰： 1）使用隔离变压器等对进PLC的AC220V电源隔离。尽量不要使用从AC380V某一相拉出来的220V电源。如果现场存在大

、大功率变频器等，尽量与这些设备使用不同路的电源。隔离变压器可以将绝大部分的传导干扰阻隔在隔离变压器之前，同时还兼有电源电压变换的作用采用24G接到COM端（Source）的连接方法，将按钮的两棵线分别连到24V端子和X0端子。（注：在这种接法的电路里，所选接近开关必须是PNP的）。
按动按钮SB1后，Y0输出，20秒后，Y0关断。
也可打开调试菜单中的在线监视窗口，实时监视PLC的运行状态，这时发现PLC上的COMM通讯指示灯闪烁。也许由于习惯了三菱编程，在使用海为PLC编程中逐步地发现海为PLC编程略有不足，比如：
1、指令输入对习惯键盘操作的人不是太方便，能否对一些常用指令支持键盘操作。
2、不支持手持编程器是不是有些不方便。
