S7-200 PC Access 的项目与 Windows Explorer 相似，以树形结构排列，因此用户使用起来非常简单便捷。OPC 客户测试端以列表格式显示。当PQ0.0有输出时，接通光电耦合器S1，光电耦合器是一种把电子信号转换成为光学信号，然后又回复电子信号的半导体器件。光电耦合器接通，驱动晶体管T1导通，Q0.0输出24V。输出电路输出的三极管是一个PNP型的，所以输出电流只能是从Q0.0流出的，接线时要注意。 T1实际规格为集电极与发射极耐压值100V，集电极电流可达5A。正航公司对晶体管输出的技术规范为额定电压24V DC，额定电流为0.75A，在此额定范围内，已留有足够的余量。 在实际使用，我们发现有些客户会在输出端接一些电磁阀，接触器等感性器件。由于感性负载在接通电源或者断开电源的一瞬间，会产生反电动势电压，而这个电压可高达几百伏，很容易击穿PLC输出的晶体管。所以我们建议客户在接感性器件时，并联一个续流二极管。晶体管输出型PLC在接感性负载时会出现烧坏输出点晶体管的情况，这是由于感性负载在触点断开瞬间会产生一个反向电动势，这个反向电动势可高达几百伏，很容易烧坏输出点的晶体管。在感性负载两端反并联一个续流二极管，通过续流二极管和感性负载构成续流电路
