2、制动系统的调整
进行制动系统调整前，需将电梯慢车开至上端站（空载），且将对重放到缓冲器上（空载），否则可能发生溜车事故。制动系统的维护需专业人员操作。
所需用到的工具：内六角扳手（一套），呆扳手（7mm，13mm，24mm，30mm），一字螺丝刀，十字螺丝刀，塞尺，百分表，干净棉布。
1.1 制动器动作行程调整
a) 用塞尺检测1处动、静铁芯间隙A（0.33mm-0.35mm）（0.33mm塞尺通过，0.36mm塞尺不通过）（如检测点示意图）,若不符合要求，松开螺母Ⅱ，微调螺栓Ⅰ（太大，顺时针拧紧螺栓Ⅰ；太小，逆时针松开螺栓Ⅰ）使动静盘间隙满足要求，锁紧螺母Ⅱ
