1.6 制动力检查:曳引机空载或满载时,制动后制动力有无滑移(观察2-3min),若有滑移现象需进行检查,确认原因;
1.7 制动系统各部件螺栓,螺母锁紧确认。
2、制动系统的调整
进行制动系统调整前,需将电梯慢车开至上端站(空载),且将对重放到缓冲器上(空载),否则可能发生溜车事故。制动系统的维护需专业人员操作。
所需用到的工具:内六角扳手(一套),呆扳手(7mm,13mm,24mm,30mm),一字螺丝刀,十字螺丝刀,塞尺,百分表,干净棉布。
1.1 制动器动作行程调整
a) 用塞尺检测1处动、静铁芯间隙A(0.33mm-0.35mm)(0.33mm塞尺通过,0.36mm塞尺不通过)(如检测点示意图),若不符合要求,松开螺母Ⅱ,微调螺栓Ⅰ(太大,顺时针拧紧螺栓Ⅰ;太小,逆时针松开螺栓Ⅰ)使动静盘间隙满足要求,锁紧螺母Ⅱ
