The bag pulling motor of the particle packaging machine uses a stepping motor driver to control the bag pulling time and length. In the logo, there is no corresponding function block, so in the program I designed, the control of bag pulling motor needs to be improved. 2) Other control logos of this model of particle packaging machine can be basically realized. However, due to the large number of digital signal inputs required in the control process, more expansion blocks are required. This change will reduce the cost. 3) The particle packaging machine has strict requirements on the heating temperature of heat seal. Considering that the cost will be increased if the input quantity is continuously increased, and this model of packaging machine can be well realized through simple control, the input of analog quantity is not considered in this project.
