Repair procedures are limited to module replacement. If the
IMHSS03 Hydraulic Servo Module fails, remove and replace it
with another. Refer to Table 8-1 for a list of spare parts and
part numbers.
MODULE REPLACEMENT
If it is determined that the hydraulic servo (HSS) module is
faulty, replace it with a new one. Do not attempt to repair the
module by replacing discrete circuit components. Replacing
components may affect the module performance and certifica
tion. The HSS module can be removed while the turbine is
on-line provided there are other turbine speed control valves
operating that can shut down operation if necessary.
