硬件模块化、智能化,支持电源、通讯冗余,万能输入、光电隔离,自定义按键。单机配置规模为AIO:64或DIO:128/32个调节回路,扩展的情况下规模可达AO:208或DIO:416/104个调节回路,系统具有较好的开放性和伸缩性。PW501电源模块系统集成了连续控制、逻辑控制和顺序控制等多种功能,是真正的新一代开放型模块化混合控制器。 在前述超市中央空调系统中,设计I/O点数为,AI:12,AO:5,DI:38,DO:18(以上I/O点不包括与PLC通讯点)。据此,对SunyPCC500E配置如下:
制冷机组为广东某厂生产的LCU-L42FJ型,控制器为SLC5可编程逻辑控制器。通过ModbusRTU协议,SunyPCC500E可以与SLC5进行数据交互。系统结构如下图所示:
3. 控制方案 SunyPCC500E控制组态软件提供了符合IEC61131-3标准的五种控制语言,包括FBD、SFC、LD、ST和IL,可根据组态需要和个人习惯选择适合自己的编程手段。中央空调的监控方案主要包括以下子系统: ? 顺序控制(SCS) 用SFC语言设计,用于规定整个中央空调系统正常启动、正常或异常停止的设备启停顺序。启动顺序:冷却塔风机→冷却水泵→冷冻水泵→制冷机。停止顺序:制冷机→冷冻水泵→冷却水泵→冷却塔风机。在异常停止时,无论哪台设备因故障停机,都要从停止顺序的第一步开始执行。下图为启动程序编辑界面:
